Gaining the loyalty of my customers because I arrived in a sector with turn-over. Having been able to consolidate, reconstruct and gain my customers’ loyalty in this sector makes me proud. .

WHAT IS YOUR INDICATOR OF SUCCESS?
Customer satisfaction is my driver. Without customers there is no turnover, there are no sales. Today word of mouth in the agricultural sector is something that works incredibly well. Our best publicity is farmers who are already CTH customers.

ADVICE FOR A CANDIDATE?
Knowing how to manage your independence because we are alone in the field - we must organise our schedule, optimise our travel to the maximum to be as efficient as possible. You must also be curious, i.e. often ask our customers about how they operate, what they expect of us, new products, about their working methods and, most of all, what they would like to improve.

Being able to adapt to my department. We manage 180 salespeople, they each have their own characteristics and problems. We are their landmark and we try to support them as best we can in their daily tasks.

Feedback from the sales force. You must know how to instil a climate of confidence, know how to answer their requests favourably and quickly to facilitate their tasks. Their positive feedback is my main lever for success.

Be responsive and multi-skilled.. You have to be able to carry out several projects simultaneously. Otherwise, be natural!
